Rose Garden

Hi there!

How is the weather in your places?  In my area where we live we will have a rainy season soon. I heard a Southern part of Japan already got the rainy season. I don’t like this season so much, but this year, I am thinking to visit some places where we can see hydrangeas to take some pictures for this blog. I will share them soon. Hydrangeas are the rainy season flowers in Japan.

Today, I want to share roses with you. A couple of days, my husband and I visited a rose garden where is close to our house. It’s a bit late to visit there, but we still could see some pretty roses. Since the garden belong to our city, we can enjoy the beautiful roses for free.

My husband and I enjoyed both of the fragrance and the roses . It was so refreshing.

The entrance of the garden. There are always several elderly people who are playing some board games like Go or Shogi.

I saw a painter who was drawing roses. I think she was very shy and didn’t show us what  she was panting to cover her piece with her umbrella, but she was painting with water colors.

So, which roses are your favorite? I love pink roses, mix of white and pink roses, mix of yellow and pink roses. I am thinking to paint roses from my pictures.

By the way, I updated my other blog, which I am introducing my art pieces last night. I posted my hand painted roses plate. Please visit there if you have spare time! Here is the link: https://sommerstein0411.wordpress.com/2016/06/04/practice-piece-of-roses/

I hope you can enjoy both my blog entries!

Thank you so much for taking a look at my blog entry. I hope you start an awesome week!

See you next weekend!

      Hi, Emilie

Thank you so much for visiting my other blog! Haha, yeah, you are so right! Rose is a rose that’s no matter where it grows, lol. I think the rose pictures can textbooks for us to paint!
